What should I do if I have not received my download?

Solution After a purchase, you should automatically be redirected to your download page.

You should also receive an e-mail sent directly to you with the link.

First, check that your purchase has gone through successfully and that you have received an e-mail confirmation. There is a chance that this may be in your SPAM folder, so please check there.

If you have not been receiving e-mails (for instance, you paid using PayPal and have not been e-mailed a receipt from them), then there may be a problem with your e-mail account receiving mail. Please contact your account administrator to get this sorted.

If you have are sure your purchase has gone through and you still cannot find a download link, please fill in a support ticket. Include the name of the product you purchased and your Transaction ID so that your order can be found.
